About Phytok
A training log that other people can see.
Last updated 5 October 2026
Phytok is a fitness app built around one idea: the training you actually did is more interesting than the training you meant to do. You record a run, a walk or a session in the gym, and it becomes something you can look back on and, if you want, something other people can watch.
What it does
- Records your training — runs and walks with a GPS route, and strength sessions set by set.
- Turns it into a post — a clip or a photo with the numbers attached, shared publicly, with friends, or with nobody.
- Tracks what you eat — meals, macros and daily targets, including from a photo.
- Coaches you — an AI coach that has read your own history and answers questions about it.
- Keeps score — personal bests, streaks and a weekly summary of what you managed.
Who makes it
Phytok is built by Domichron, Inc. It is a small operation, which is why support comes from a person rather than a phone tree, and why the answer to "why does it do that?" is usually a decision somebody made on purpose.
How we build it
- Your training is yours. You choose the visibility of every post, one at a time. Nothing you record is published because a default said so.
- We tell you when we act. If a post is removed you are told which guideline it breached and how to appeal, and a different person reviews the appeal.
- Recorded means recorded. Activities are checked for plausibility, because a leaderboard nobody trusts is not worth climbing.
- No advertising, and we don't sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for exactly who processes what.
About the AI
The coach and the meal estimates are generated by a large language model. It is useful and it is confidently wrong sometimes. Treat it as a well-read training partner, not as a doctor — and read the health note in the Terms of Service.
Settings → Help & support, in the app. It gives your message a ticket number and a thread you can follow, which an email address on a page does not.
