What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Phytok is run by Domichron, Inc. This page says what the app keeps about you and who else handles it.
To run the service: show and order your feed, keep your training history, work out your numbers, coach you, deliver notifications, answer your support messages. To keep it safe: review reports, act on breaches, detect faked activities, and tell you about sign-ins that might not be you. To fix what breaks. And to meet legal obligations.
PRIME is an AI, not a person. Its replies and the meal estimates are generated by a third-party model provider, Anthropic. When you ask PRIME something, your question and the parts of your training history it needs are sent to that provider to produce the answer. If you have turned Health readings on for PRIME, those can be part of it. When you scan a meal, the photo is sent the same way. None of it is used to train their models. Don't put anything in a message to PRIME you would not want processed this way.
Keeping people safe. Every message to PRIME is also checked automatically for signs that someone may hurt themselves, is being hurt, or that a child is at risk. If a message is flagged, a member of our safety team reads that conversation so a person can help. No other PRIME conversation is read by anyone at Phytok. We may contact you, or in a real emergency the authorities, and we report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as US law requires.
Health data is used to show you your own training and to let PRIME answer questions about it, and for nothing else. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with advertisers or data brokers. Heart rate, blood pressure, sleep and body readings are visible only to you.
Other people see what you choose to publish: your profile, and each post at the visibility you set on it — Public, Friends Only, or Private. Nothing else is shared with other users.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Phytok shows no ads.
These companies handle data for us so the app can work:
GPS is recorded only while you have an activity running, and only if you allow it. A route attached to a published activity is trimmed before it is shared — the start and end points are removed, so a share link does not show where you live. You can also mark privacy zones, and the part of any route inside one is hidden from everyone else.
Emails about your account can't be turned off: security alerts, sign-in codes, moderation decisions, changes to these terms, and replies to your support messages. The weekly recap can. Use the link at the bottom of it, or Settings → Notifications.
Your content stays until you delete it or close your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, workouts and nutrition data. Two things outlive it: records of moderation decisions and the content they concerned, and anything we are legally required to retain.
You can see and edit your profile data in the app, delete individual content at any time, and delete your whole account from Settings → Delete account. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to a copy of your data, to correct it, or to object to some processing — ask through Settings → Help & support and we will answer.
Phytok is for people 13 and older. We ask your age when you set up the app, and if you tell us you are under 13 we don't create an account, and we delete one just made. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it and its data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). A parent who thinks their child has an account can tell us through Settings → Help & support, or write to Domichron, Inc., 14205 N Mo Pac Expy, Ste 570 #494024, Austin, TX 78728-6529, and we will delete it.
If you are 13 to 17, PRIME works differently for you: it won't give diet, calorie or weight-loss plans, keeps training advice suitable for a growing body, and encourages you to talk to a parent, coach or doctor about anything worrying you. We never use anyone's data for advertising.
Through Settings → Help & support in the app.
