The agreement between you and Phytok.
Phytok is operated by Domichron, Inc. Creating an account or signing in means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, don't use it.
You need to be at least 13 to hold an account, and old enough to agree to a contract where you live. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we close it.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it — you can end every session from Settings → Profile & account → Your devices.
You keep ownership of everything you post. You give us a licence to host, store, reproduce and display it so we can actually run the service — show your post in the feed, generate a thumbnail, serve a share page you published. That licence ends when you delete the content, except where we are required to keep a copy (see 7).
You confirm you have the right to post what you post.
The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. Beyond them: no scraping, no reverse engineering, no automated posting, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no using Phytok to break the law.
Phytok gives training, nutrition and coaching information, some of it generated by AI. It is general information, not medical advice, and it can be wrong. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing a programme, and stop and get help if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the guidelines. We tell you when we do, and what rule was breached, and you can appeal. We keep a record of moderation decisions and the content they concerned even after you delete it — that record is how appeals get reviewed and how we answer legal requests.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account.
Phytok is free today. If we add paid features, the price and the terms will be shown before you buy, and purchases run through the App Store's own billing and refund rules.
The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data, or for injury arising from training you chose to do. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app and by email before it takes effect, and carrying on using Phytok after that is how you accept it.
Reach us through Settings → Help & support in the app. That gives your message a ticket number so it can be followed up.
